2. Services Description
DomePrints provides custom dome label manufacturing services. Our services include design consultation, production, and delivery of dome labels according to customer specifications.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to our approval and product availability. Payment is required before production begins. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Product Specifications
We manufacture dome labels according to provided specifications. Customer is responsible for providing accurate artwork and specifications. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments for production efficiency.
5. Quality Assurance
We maintain strict quality control standards. Products that do not meet our quality standards will be reproduced at no additional cost. Quality issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery to carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Custom products are generally non-returnable due to their personalized nature. Defective products will be replaced at no charge. Refunds are available for cancelled orders before production begins.
8. Intellectual Property
Customer retains ownership of provided artwork and designs. Customer warrants they have rights to use all provided materials. DomePrints may use completed work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages. This limitation applies to all claims regardless of legal theory.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect customer privacy and protect personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer data is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DomePrints is headquartered.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
